Q: I ordered a Gift Certificate online! What happens now?
A: Happy Celebration! First, you will receive an automatic email for placing a web order with us. Next, when your order is processed by web staff, we will send an email with the Certificate Number and more details to you (and the recipient if specified).
Q: Can I pick up my web order in the store?
A: Of course! Simply write in the notes section when you check out that you would like to pick up your web order at our Humble location. Due to how the online cart is set up, shipping charges will appear, but will be removed when we actually process your order.
Q: I asked for some things to be changed on my web order, why does my card still say the original price?
A: When your order is placed, your card has a pre-authorization for the amount stated from the webstore. This amount will change when your order is procced by webstore staff.
Q: My order was cancelled, why is the amount still on my card?
A: When your order is placed, your card was pre-authorized for the amount of the order. When we actually process the order, the payment is finalized. Since the order was not proccessed, the card has not been charged. If you see anything on your account, it is only the pre-authorization and will drop from your account.
Q: How much are your BERNINA products?
A: Per our contract with BERNINA, we are not allowed to sell or quote prices for BERNINA products over the internet, email or phone. You must come into the store for pricing and purchase.
Q: My sewing machine/embroidery machine/serger isn’t working right, do you do repairs?
A: Yes, we are an authorized BERNINA Dealer and we repair BERNINA sewing machines as well as other brands. You may bring your machine in during store hours and one of our certified technicians will get your machine up and running! (You do not need to have an appointment to bring your machine in, but please call the store if you wish to find out our current turn-around time)
